I am SO bad at collecting testimonials and taking before and after’s – but here is one we did get – and I’m so glad we did!
I’m sure many great results are achieved with great conditions – maybe a relaxed job, training most days of the week etc. I’m even more proud that Galina doesn’t have ‘optimal’ training conditions. She works really hard in and out of the Dojo, fights hard to get to the sessions, and as is the reality for many, misses the occasional session.

Galina does the absolute best she can and makes the most of every opportunity to get better. Here is what she had to say:

“In the beginning of September 2015 a friend of mine shared a post in the social media about Training for Warriors Sussex.
Although I wasn’t sure what to expect, I applied for initial 6 weeks training with 21 day detox program. I am so glad that I applied as Steve Cork and Training for Warriors changed my life.

For the last 10 years I have been piling on the pounds and have been struggling to keep my weight under control, which has inevitably affected my fitness, health and my confidence.

I have tried various gyms, fitness classes, and every diet, which have proved unsuccessful and had almost given up trying.
However during the last 9 months Steve helped me and encouraged me to turn this around.
Having lost 18kg, and dropping 3 dress sizes I feel much fitter, healthier and stronger.

The Training for Warriors sessions are versatile and dynamic, a great combination of strength and metabolic work.
Before every session, Steve gathers us round for a motivational talk. He shares real life stories that inspire us to be our best in everything we do.

Steve connects and brings the best out of every single person; he always strives to takes us to the next level with a great approach and a lot of support. His enthusiasm is both inspiring and infectious.
Having gained the fitness and confidence, I now do things that I never thought I was capable of doing. I can do press-ups, chin ups, sprints and lift heavy weights.

Every time I walk away from the sessions I feel great and happy from what I have achieved.
In addition to the training, Steve has taught me so much about nutrition, which has changed my lifestyle and poor dietary habits.

I can’t recommend Steve and Training for Warriors enough, I feel privileged to train in positive environment with a truly amazing coach surrounded by friendly and encouraging people.
