I have been coaching fitness and health for over 17 years with small groups, large groups, personal training, companies, and giving workshops and talks. It’s always been my mission to share his passion for fitness and health with others, and to help them achieve more in the best ways possible.
My experience is diverse as is the range of clients I have worked with. My personal background has been in strength training, martial arts, kettlebell lifting, gymnastics, Parkour, and climbing.
Training For Warriors is a system that resonates strongly with my background and I’m is excited to bring this to the Haywards Heath area to help more people get even better than they thought possible.
